During the first year of NFDI4Ing, in the measure “Training and Education” we developed and adapted basic RDM training materials for engineers, currently in the format of self-guided trainings. These trainings were introduced to our community in our regular [SIG meetings](SIG meetings). Beyond this, the trainings are openly available in our “Education” repository at https://git.rwth-aachen.de/nfdi4ing/education. This repository is chosen because it is ‘bi-directional’: The community can receive the trainings and can give feedback via issues. This enables a stronger community integration by contributing ideas, mentioning new topics and trends, and even pointing out ambiguities and mistakes in the trainings.
